Hospitality
The Hospitality Team serves our special guests by handling the details that make people feel genuinely cared for — coordinating meals, setting up spaces, and adding the thoughtful touches that turn a gathering into an experience. You’ll work closely with the Events team to make sure every function is set up and ready before guests arrive.
Worship Team
The Worship Team leads the congregation in praise every Sunday. Members are expected to live out their faith on and off the stage, attend rehearsals consistently, and grow musically and spiritually across different worship styles. This is not just a performance role — it’s a lifestyle commitment.
Band
Band members provide the musical foundation for our Sunday services. You’ll attend weekly rehearsals, come prepared, and serve consistently each week. Opportunities to play at special events and pastoral engagements may also come up throughout the year. Proficiency on your instrument is required.
Media
The Media Team runs sound, video, live stream, and presentation software so every service is seen and heard clearly. We’ll train you on everything you need — you don’t have to come in as an expert, but you do need to show up reliably and be willing to learn.
Outreach
The Outreach Team takes the church into the community — serving people and sharing the Gospel outside our walls. You’ll be trained and equipped to do this with confidence, whether that’s at a community event or in your everyday environment.
Events
The Events Team plans and executes church gatherings from start to finish — handling logistics, timelines, and coordination so everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s a small celebration or a large community event, you’ll make sure every detail is covered.
Communications
The Communications Team creates the content and strategy behind how TC Miami talks to the world. You’ll write copy, develop messaging, and help tell our story across platforms. Strong writing and communication skills are a must.
Children's Ministry (Grades K–5)
Transformation Kids volunteers teach children about Jesus through Bible lessons, activities, and a safe, consistent environment. You’ll show up every week, build real relationships with kids, and partner with their families. A background check is required.
Youth (Grades 6–12)
The Youth Ministry invests in middle and high school students through Bible study, mentorship, and community. You’ll lead discussions, build relationships with students over time, and help plan events and service opportunities. Consistency and a long-term commitment are expected. Background check required.
Facilities
The Facilities Team sets up, cleans, and prepares every space before services and events — and resets everything after. It’s physical, behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible. Dependability is the most important quality on this team.
Welcome Team
Welcome Team members are the first faces people see when they walk in. You’ll greet guests, help people find their way, and make sure no one feels ignored or overlooked. No experience needed — just warmth and a genuine desire to make people feel at home.
VIP Team (Usher)
The VIP Team serves in the parking lot and at entrances, guiding guests from the moment they arrive. You’ll direct traffic, manage entry flow, and make sure people feel expected and cared for — before they even walk inside.
Connections
The Connections Team follows up with visitors and new members to help them figure out their next step — whether that’s a group, a class, or a place to serve. You’ll have conversations, maintain records, and make sure no one falls through the cracks.
Dance Ministry
The Dance Ministry worships through movement — using dance, flags, streamers, and tambourines during services and special events. You’ll rehearse regularly and perform as part of the worship experience. Dance background is expected.
Production Team
The Production Team handles stage setup and behind-the-scenes coordination so every service and event runs without issues. You’ll work before, during, and after services to make sure everything on stage and backstage is where it needs to be.
Social Media
The Social Media Team creates and posts content that represents TC Miami online. You’ll shoot, write, edit, and engage across platforms to connect people — locally and beyond — to what God is doing here.
TC Homestead
In partnership with Chapman Partnership Homestead, TC Homestead volunteers serve individuals and families on-site through faith-based programming, practical support, and consistent community presence. This is hands-on, relational ministry in a structured setting.
Systems / IT
The Systems Team manages the platforms and tools that keep ministry operations running — scheduling software, data systems, planning tools, and internal workflows. If you’re organized and tech-savvy, this team keeps everything behind the scenes functioning with clarity and order.
Marketing
The Marketing Team runs campaigns, manages branding, and develops strategies to increase awareness and drive attendance. You’ll work closely with the Communications and Social Media teams to make sure every promotion is consistent, clear, and on-mission.

Parking Team
The Parking Team directs vehicles, assists guests with accessibility needs, and keeps arrival flow smooth and stress-free so the first thing people experience is ease, not chaos.
Pastoral Care Team
The Pastoral Care Team comes alongside members during difficult seasons — offering prayer, a listening ear, and practical support. You’ll follow up with people in need and coordinate care with pastoral leadership. Emotional maturity and confidentiality are essential.
Volunteerism
The Volunteerism Team connects new volunteers to the right place to serve and helps keep our volunteer culture strong. You’ll onboard people, support engagement efforts, and help identify where more hands are needed across the church.
