Xavier L. Jones is a strategist, visionary, and innovative thought leader trailblazing a path for the current and next generation of believers. He is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Transformation Church Miami, a multicultural, multigenerational ministry that inspires, motivates, and provokes people of all backgrounds and experiences toward life change in the name of Jesus. He is also an accomplished author and holds multiple academic degrees, including a Master’s in Public Administration from Florida International University, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Faith Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor’s in Fire Science & Emergency Management from St. Thomas University.
